Thank you for shopping with Gripure-PHL. Please review our shipping policy below for all delivery information.

1. Shipping Coverage

We ship to all provinces and cities across the Philippines, including Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

3. Delivery Time

• Metro Manila: 2-3 business days
• Luzon (outside Metro Manila): 3-5 business days
• Visayas: 5-7 business days
• Mindanao: 7-10 business days

4. Shipping Rates

• Free Shipping: On all orders over ₱999
• Metro Manila: ₱60 flat rate
• Luzon (outside Metro Manila): ₱80 flat rate
• Visayas & Mindanao: ₱120 flat rate

5. Shipping Partners

We primarily use J&T Express for nationwide delivery.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders nationwide. A COD handling fee of ₱50 applies.
